CAREERS (HR)
Both Tipico and Tipico Careers need to be closely aligned in order to present our organisation consistently and effectively. Both should be intrinsically linked by a single motivating proposition – one that’s attractive to the people you want to engage, sell our product to and/or persuade to work for us. Tipico Careers should not be implemented in a vacuum, and it should not be in contrast with our corporate brand. If executed properly, our employer brand can actually be amplified by our corporate brand, and vice versa. Tipico is the company we work for. Tipico Careers is the recruitment, retention and well being department.
