In retail branding the Tipico logo is used as a negative version with white letters on a red background. The Tipico diagonal is one of the most important design elements. The fixed angle of 12.5 ° is strictly observed.
Key visual: The Tipico key visual is a rastered footballer who can be used in different variations. Preference is given to the blue highlighted player in the middle.
The Tipico performance areas show the offer of betting shops.
At the front door we place the opening times and a message "No admittance under 18" (Youth Protection)
Basic elements showcase performance areas
Areas of betting shop
On the outside of the shop, a group of concepts communicates what it's happening inside. These "performance areas" are always connected to the Tipico diagonal (left or right alignment possible). Due to different legal conditions in the countries it may be necessary to use alternative terms (eg sports bar, sports café, betting). When the term "betting" cannot be used, version 4 may be used. Misleading terminology (eg "Sport café" without existing drinks license) and content duplication (eg sports café, sports bar) are to be avoided.
Showcase Posters A0, A1
Different posters in the formats A1 and A0 are available for use indoor and outdoor use. If there is sufficient window space the format A0 is preferable. The Tipico poster frames can be fitted on both sides, so that you have a poster facing inward and one is visible to the outside. A one-sided frame for the interior is also available.
For outdoor display, the posters "Tipico Card", "Mobile App" should be used. The design "follow bet" may be used when needed.
Inside the shop the posters "gambling" and "§" should be used.
Facade band
To make the Tipico shops visible from a distance and in darkness, we use an illuminated facade band. For cost reasons, this is not possible at each site.
There are 3 possibilities: Existing ribbon boxes can be re-foiled (1a) or the quality Tipico façade band with diagonal (2) can be installed. As a low cost, non-illuminated alternative a lacquered/foiled Aludibond plate can be mounted above the window (1b).
Placement on the façade: The façade ribbon marks the entire shop area and sits flush with the edges of the shop area or the windows.
Tipico Signboards
Signboards are used to mark Tipico shops from a lateral perspective. Existing signboards can be re-foiled (1) or a new signboard with the Tipico diagonal (2) can be installed. The frame of the signboards should be painted anthracite if possible (see color section below).
Placement on the facade
The signboard (1) can be placed on the right or the left side of the shop. It is important to make sure that it is not obscured by signboards from other stores or protruding façade parts. The Tipico signboard (2) can be combined with the Tipico facade band as well as be used separately.
Colors & Materials
In order to ensure a uniform reproduction of Tipico Corporate Colours in retail branding, the colors and materials have been adapted from the print color as much as possible. The material specifications for black and white films and materials are exemplary. It's also possible to order alternatives from other manufacturers, but they must be sampled prior to the application and agreed with Tipico.
Simple measures
Aside from the external branding, the state of the façade is the most important factor for a professional image of the betting shops. If a new Tipico shop is opened, the status of the façade is to be reviewed and revised if necessary.
General condition: The facade should be clean and tidy, eg. reasonably free from dirt, graffiti and Beklebungen etc.
Old signs, that can't be used any longer are to be dismantled and existing cabling should be removed.
Colourfulness
If the facade needs repainting, use neutral hues (white or light gray tones). When re-painting the window frames, anthracite (cf.. RAL 7024) is preferred.
